The house is located in LOC. LA MUDDIZZA (Valledoria), in via Italia 48, 3 minutes by car from the beaches of SAN PIETRO AL MARE and LA CIACCIA, also reachable by bicycles which will be available to customers free of charge.

Nearby you will find bars, supermarkets, restaurants and shops with typical local products easily reachable on foot.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a lovely, small, recently built building of 50 m2. At the entrance you will find a living area with kitchenette, table and comfortable sofa bed for two people. From there you have access to the terrace with sea view and relaxation area.

The bedroom is very spacious, with a double bed, bedside tables with drawers, a 4-door wardrobe and a balcony.

Also belonging of the house you will find a covered parking space and bicycle storage.

The house is equipped with:

Hot/cold air conditioners, a smart TV with Netflix access, free Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels. In the kitchen you will find: fridge with freezer, hob, gas oven, microwave, and a coffee machine with coffee capsules, as well as everything you need for your stay.

Upon request it is possible to have a camping cot and an additional single bed in the room.
